BOOKING REGULATIONS

1. Booking Process

Booking on Ticket Trek involves 4 transparent steps:

Search: Select destination, date, and service.

Input Info: Enter accurate passenger names (matching ID/Passport) and contact details.

Payment: Select a secure payment method.

Receive Ticket: E-tickets will be sent via Email/SMS within 15-30 minutes after successful payment.

2. Validity of E-ticket

E-tickets are valid only within the timeframe specified on the ticket.

You are responsible for safeguarding your ticket code. Ticket Trek is not liable if the ticket is used by another party due to your disclosure of information.

3. Responsibility to Check Information

Upon receiving the E-ticket via email, you are responsible for checking all details. If any errors are found, please contact Customer Support within 60 minutes for assistance. Beyond this time, any change/correction fees (if applicable) will be borne by you.
